01. Param Shakti Healing strives at having a holistic approach to resolve your problems and issues as related to astrology, vaastu or aura. Therefore, only one type or set of remedies or therapies or solutions may not suffice. Param Shakti Healing may be required to suggest or recommend additional Param Shakti Healing solutions or remedies or therapies, if and when required, for attempting to solve your specific problems.

02. Gemstones, Crystals, Essential Oils and any other such remedies as recommended by Param Shakti Healing, are supposed to make your Aura whole. In other words, these remedies are intended to help fulfill your aura-energy deficiencies and/ or pranic chakra imbalance and are aimed to enhance your positivity. However, your proper persistent self-efforts are absolutely necessary for progress, improvement and achieving the desired result or overcoming the problems.

03. The personal Aura based checking and testing is not a medical test. The personal Aura based checking is done manually by using a Universal Aura Scanner [UAS] or an advanced Automatic Digital Scanner (ADS).

04. The gemstones and/ or crystals as determined by the Aura test using UAS/ ADS may change after your current Mahadasha changes, depending on your Astrological Charts. Therefore, it is in your best interest, that you contact us for rechecking your planetary deficiencies at the start of your new Mahadasha and confirm your remedy requirements afresh.

05. The horoscope charts, reading and predictions for astrology are based on the name, date, time and place of birth provided by you. The horoscope is generated using software provided by software companies. Likewise, your aura readings for Planets, Pranic Chakras, Vaastu Energies and other applications are done using UAS /ADS which are sourced from the originator/ manufacturer. Param Shakti Healing takes no responsibility and does not accept any liability, monetary or otherwise, whatsoever, for any error or mistake in the horoscopes as well as in the readings or interpretations or reports or data. While it is our sincere endeavor to give proper readings and predictions based on your horoscope and proper data, report and/ or interpretation using the UAS/ ADS, any reliance you place on such information is therefore, strictly at your own risk.

06. Vaastu consultancy, Vaastu remedies and solutions provided by Param Shakti Healing are an integrated multidisciplinary approach intended at bringing about positive results and aimed at achieving desired objective, namely overcoming the problem specified by you. The basis is Vaastu Shastra and Vedic Science using advanced technology.

07. Param Shakti Healing detects and neutralizes Geopathic Stress in a vaastu. The Geopathic Stress lines/ fields and nodes (including IR, UV frequencies) may shift or drift depending on any alterations in your Vaastu, climatic conditions, seismic activities or reasons unknown and unexplained. This may result in negative Geopathic Stress frequency leakage in the Vaastu. Param Shakti Healing takes no responsibility of assuring a permanent Geopathic stress free Vaastu. We recommend periodic checking of Geopathic Stress of your Vaastu. It is up to you to contact us for getting your Vaastu checked periodically for Geopathic Stress and other negative energy fields. Additional fees are applicable for the same.

08. Services, remedies, therapies, products, recommendation and solutions given, offered, provided and rendered by Param Shakti Healing are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment and medication.

09. Param Shakti Healing and its owners are not qualified to give legal, financial, medical, psychological, psychiatric or any other specialist advice. Therefore, if you require any such advices, you are advised to seek the services of a licensed professional.

10. The services, remedies, solutions and therapies rendered by Param Shakti Healing are aimed at giving relief and resolving your specific problem/s. Results may be seen over a period of time, in stages and in varying degree on case to case basis. Param Shakti Healing does not offer, provide or imply any guarantees, warranties, promises or assurances of any kind including but not limited to reducing, improving, overcoming and resolving of your problems and takes no liability monetary or otherwise, whatsoever, for non-achievement of desired objective. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information pertaining to the services requested by you and/ or as asked by Param Shakti Healing. “Your Information” is defined as any information you provide to us, through written document, verbal communications, electronic media but not limited to only email, mobile messaging, documents, photos, scans and videos.

12. You agree that you are using Param Shakti Healing® website (www.paramshaktihealing.com) and requesting for and/ or availing our services and product/s as well as transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment. You further agree and confirm that you are 18 years and above for using our website and requesting or obtaining our services and products.

13. Param Shakti Healing reserves the right to accept or reject your request to avail services or products offered without giving any reasons whatsoever.

14. It is your responsibility to check gemstones, crystals, pendants and rings are not defective at the time of delivery or when you personally collect. In case of any genuine defect being found it should be brought to our notice immediately for replacement. In case any of the above listed items are sent by us through courier/ speed-post and is found defective, then proper photos of the same shall be sent to us immediately on receipt of material by whatsapp/ email. Delay in sending the photos and informing shall not be considered for replacement or refund. In case of return of such damaged item or product/s supplied by us and if mutually agreed, you will send the defective item/ material back to us or hand it over personally to us at your cost. The defective material once received will be checked and then if found to be really defective or damaged, replacement will be given.

15. In the event a repeat visit for Vaastu consultancy or remedies is required to be done by us or is requested by you, visit charges may be applicable and any additional material used shall be at extra cost.

16. Order once placed for any of our services or consultancy or remedies or products for which payment has been made, will not be cancelled and no refund will be given under any circumstances.

17. If you are requesting for our services as a business entity, you agree and represent that you have the full undisputed authority to do so under the local state and other government laws and have the capability to fulfill the conditions set out in our services and the “Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer” given in our website.

18. Param Shakti Healing services are confined only to www.paramshaktihealing.com site and you are advised to do any transaction with us directly visiting the mentioned site. Param Shakti Healing is not offering its services through any other sites. We also do not have any agents or promoters. Hence, we do not hold any responsibility regarding other sites with similar names or any communication done by other sites or agents in our name or on our behalf. In case of doubt you are cautioned to check the authenticity directly with us through our site only.

19. Payments must be from the bank account with whom the services have been agreed with. No third party payment shall be accepted.

For any discrepancy in your personal details mentioned in your horoscope or Aura report or other such report/s if any, you will contact us and inform regarding the same within 3 (three) days from the date of we sending you email or whatsapp or hardcopy. Delay beyond 3 (three) days may attract fee/ charges.

29. Any consultation after the first/ primary consultation shall be on chargeable basis.

30. You hereby agree that no contractual or legal liability arises against Param Shakti Healing by ordering or making use of our astrological consultations, astrological readings, Vaastu consultations, Vaastu remedies, Aura checking and remedies, Essential oils (Aroma Oils) and any other services, the use of which is at the sole risk of the user.

31. Param Shakti Healing assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the contents on the Services. In no event shall Param Shakti Healing be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in action of contract, negligence or other sort arising out of or in connection with the use of the service or the contents of the service. If your consultation is through telephone call, online, video call and if any reports are sent through email or whatsapp (email ID and/or mobile number provided by you) or any other electronic medium, then Param Shakti Healing will not be responsible in any manner for any delay or disruption of internet services or absence of email or data or report in reaching to you.

34. This “Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer” shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. All the disputes arising out of this agreement are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Palghar. Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this “Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer” between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who shall be appointed by Param Shakti Healing and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The place of arbitration shall be at Palghar.

35. The terms mentioned herein are final, complete and exclusive and will supersede any oral submissions or commitments.
